The coaxiality between the shaft and the pump shaft hole shall not exceed 0.05mm, and the perpendicularity between the pump flange mounting surface and the shaft center shall not exceed 1°. At the same time, there should be a certain gap between the pump shaft and the shaft hole, and it cannot be too tight.
  2. The transmission shaft of the hydraulic pump is generally directly connected to the internal structure and is not allowed to bear radial and axial loads. Therefore, during installation, it is not allowed to knock the coupling and the pump shaft. The coordination of the coupling hole and the pump shaft is not allowed. Do not overtighten. Once the position of the coupling is adjusted, tighten the coupling with the tightening screw.
  3. When arranging pipes for the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic pump, care should be taken not to exert unreasonable external force on the pump body due to improper piping. Otherwise, the coaxiality of the adjusted pump shaft will be destroyed, causing the pump to overheat and shortening its use. life.
  4. The pump has an independent leakage port to reduce the friction and power loss of the oil seal on the pump shaft. The liquid flow assist (including oil filter, stop valve, etc.) cannot be too large, and the suction vacuum should be controlled.
  5. Maintenance and regular repairs. After the pump is in normal operation, the maintenance cycle should in principle follow the regulations of the equipment manufacturer, but there is no harm in a shorter cycle. The main contents of maintenance are: whether the connection between the pump shaft and the shaft is normal, whether there is oil leakage between the shaft seal and the joint surfaces, whether the temperature and vibration of the bearing parts of the pump casing and pump cover are normal, whether there is abnormal noise in the pump, and whether the oil filter is Blockage, whether the pollution content of various components of the oil exceeds the standard, etc.
