What are the commonly used hydraulic valves on the hydraulic system

NEWS 3740
  1. Direction control valve
Solenoid directional valve: used to change the direction of hydraulic oil flow, usually controlled by electromagnetic coil. Common have two two, three four and so on.
Manual reversing valve: Manually operated, used to change the direction of hydraulic oil flow.
Mechanical reversing valve: Operated by a mechanical force, such as a CAM or lever, to change the direction of flow.
  2. Pressure control valve
Relief valve: used to limit system pressure and prevent system overpressure. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the relief valve opens and the excess hydraulic oil is discharged back to the tank.
Pressure reducing valve: Reduces the pressure of a part of the hydraulic system to a set value to protect equipment or regulate pressure.
Sequence valve: Controls the action sequence of multiple actuators, enabling or closing different circuits according to pressure changes.
Pressure relay: Signals when a set pressure is reached for automatic control and protection systems.
  3. Flow control valve
Throttle valve: Adjust the flow of hydraulic oil and control the speed of the actuator.
Speed control valve: Increase the pressure compensation function on the basis of the throttle valve to ensure the stability of the flow rate.
Diverter valves and collector valves: Distribute liquid flow proportionally to multiple circuits or pool multiple flows.
  4. Check valve
Standard check valve: only allow one-way flow of hydraulic oil to prevent reverse flow.
Hydraulically controlled check valve: allows two-way flow of hydraulic oil under certain conditions and is usually unlocked by applying pressure to the control port.
  5. Proportional valve
Proportional pressure valve: Adjust the output pressure according to the input signal to provide precise pressure control.
Proportional flow valve: Control the flow according to the input signal to achieve accurate flow control.
Proportional direction valve: According to the input signal to control the flow direction and flow, to achieve continuous adjustable control.
  6. Stack valve
Superimposed relief valve, superimposed throttle valve, etc. : modular design, can be directly installed on the valve block, easy to combine and expand functions.
  7. Cartridge valve
It is suitable for highly integrated hydraulic systems, which can realize the integration of complex circuits by inserting, save space and improve system reliability.
  8. Safety valve
System safety valve: opens when the pressure exceeds the set value to protect the system from overpressure damage.
These hydraulic valves are common and important components in hydraulic systems. According to different application requirements, selecting the right hydraulic valves can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.
